Drive shaft with tripod joint type AAR3300I for cars with automatic transmission 09M

  • 1 - Outer CV joint, replaceable only as an assembly, installation: press onto shaft with blows of a plastic hammer until it hits the groove of the spring retaining ring
  • 2 - Bolt, 70 Nm and tighten by 90°, replace after each removal, when loosening and tightening the bolts the car should not stand on the wheels
  • 3 - Retaining ring, replace after each removal, install in the shaft groove
  • 4 - Clamp, replace after each removal
  • 5 - CV joint boot, check for cracks and wear
  • 6 - Clamp, replace after each removal
  • 7 - Drive shaft
  • 8 - Clamp, replace after each removal
  • 9 - Tripod joint boot, check for cracks and wear
  • 10 - Clamp, replace after each removal
  • 11 - Tripod with rollers, the chamfer of the splined hole "arrow" should be facing the splined end of the drive shaft
  • 12 - Retaining ring, replace after each removal, install in shaft groove
  • 13 - Adapter
  • 14 - Hinge housing
  • 15 - Protective cap
