28. The first transmissions used Dexron automatic transmission fluid.
29. Later the boxes were switched to normal transmission oil.
30. Gearboxes on all models. LTs should only operate on the oil specified for them.
31. Dexron transmission fluid can be mixed with transmission oil, so there is no need to drain the fluid from the box before adding oil to it.
