21. Beginning in February 1978, the seals in the crankshaft bracket and shaft were modified as shown in the figure 13.89.

22. The crank arm and pendulum arm have been modified accordingly to accommodate the new seals.

23. Procedure for removing and installing the pendulum arm (see Chapter 10, Section 24) remained unchanged, but the parts of the old and new designs are not interchangeable.
