11. In January 1981, certain changes were made to the design of the front hubs and wheel bearings.
12. Maintenance procedures (see chapter 11) remained unchanged.
13. The size of tapered bearings has been increased.
14. Changes have been made to the bearing seats.
15. The conical hole for the connecting rod in the steering knuckle has been modified to accommodate a new type of connecting rod (see below).
16. Accordingly (to new sizes) the oil seal, splash plate and hub cap were modified.
