Verification conditions
Fuel pressure should be ok, check:
The injectors are installed in the fuel rail and the fuel line is connected.
Position the nozzle so that the atomized fuel is completely captured by the measuring container.
Remove fuse SB 33 located in slot F 33 of the fuse block.
Connect the right terminal of fuse socket F33 and to the positive terminal of the battery.
Connect one of the injector contacts to «weight» engine.
Connect the second contact of the connector of the tested injector through a push-button switch to the positive terminal of the battery.
Press the remote control switch button and hold it pressed for 30 seconds.
Repeat test on other injectors. For other injectors, other measuring containers should be taken.
Compare the volume of injected fuel. Target value: 85-105 ml for each nozzle.
When checking the quantity of injected fuel, the shape of the sprayed fuel is also checked. The shape of the torch must be the same for all nozzles.
The jet of atomized fuel must be the same for all nozzles.
If the measured value of the amount of fuel for one or more injectors is out of the range of nominal values in one direction or another, replace the faulty injector.
