Checking the control valve:

Remove the air intake pipe from the air filter housing

Check the position of the control valve (1).

Spray cooling spray onto the thermocouple (2).

At temperatures above +23°C the damper should close the supply of warm air.

At less than +10°C the damper opens to supply warm air.
