Metal dust cap for tyre valve or HAZET tool 666-1.

Examination



Unscrew the dust cap from the valve.

Unscrew the dust cap from the valve.


Wet the valve with soapy water or saliva. If an air bubble forms, tighten the valve assembly "3" tightly using the inverted metal dust cap "2".

Attention: The valve can only be tightened with a metal cap "2". Such a cap can be obtained at a gas station. 1 - rubber protective cap, 4 - valve body.

Note: Instead of the metal dust cap, the HAZET 666-1 "5" tool can also be used. 4 - valve body.


Check the valve again. If air bubbles form again and the valve does not tighten further, it must be replaced.

Be sure to re-tighten the dust cap.
