Required special tool:
Metal dust cap for tire valve or HAZET 666-1 tool.
Examination
Unscrew the dust cap from the valve.
Wet the valve with soapy water or saliva. If an air bubble forms, screw the valve assembly -3- firmly with the metal dust cap -2- upside down.
Note: The valve may only be tightened with the metal cap -2-. Such a cap can be obtained at a gas station. 1 - rubber protective cap, 4 - valve body.
Note: The HAZET 666-1 -5- tool can also be used instead of the metal dust cap. 4 - valve body.
Check the valve again. If air bubbles form again and the valve is no longer tightened, it must be replaced.
Be sure to screw the dust cap back on.
