Verification procedure
Insert the new valve into the guide bushing. The end of the valve stem must be covered by a guide bushing. The intake and exhaust valve stems have different diameters, so the intake valves must be inserted into the intake valve guides, and the exhaust valves must be inserted into the exhaust valve guides.
Determine the clearance in the guide bushings by rocking the valves.
Maximum permissible value: 0.8 mm.
If the gap exceeds this value, the cylinder head should be replaced.
