Examination
Tire inflation pressure should only be checked when the tires are cold.
Unscrew the tire valve cap.
Tire inflation pressure check (including spare wheel) produce once a month, and as part of the maintenance.
In addition, tire inflation pressure should be checked before long motorway trips, as the temperature stress on the tires is the highest.
The correct inflation pressure for summer tires is indicated on a sticker on the inside of the fuel filler cap.
Attention: For winter tires, the inflation pressure must be increased by 0.2 bar compared to the indicated values.
The correct inflation pressure for a narrow emergency wheel is indicated on the sidewall of the wheel.
The correct inflation pressure for a conventional spare tire should be the same as the inflation pressure of the rear wheels at full load.
