Examination
Check the tire inflation pressure only when the tires are cold.
Unscrew the tire valve cap.
Checking tire inflation pressure (including spare tire) to be performed once a month, as well as during maintenance.
Additionally, tyre inflation pressure should be checked before long journeys on the motorway, as this is when the temperature load on the tyres is highest.
The correct inflation pressure for summer tyres is indicated on the sticker on the inside of the fuel filler cap.
Please note: For winter tyres, the inflation pressure must be increased by 0.2 bar compared to the specified values.
The correct inflation pressure for a narrow emergency tyre is indicated on its sidewall.
The correct inflation pressure for a regular spare tire should be the same as the inflation pressure of the rear tires under maximum load.
