2. Remove the cylinder head cover.
3. Align the TDC marks on the piston of cylinder No. 1 on the crankshaft:
- A - Engines AEY, ANV, AKW,
- B - Engines AFN, AHU, ALE (rice. 6.3).
4. Lock the camshaft pulley with the lock (rice. 6.6).
5. Loosen the camshaft pulley bolt half a turn.
6. Install a punch in the hole in the rear timing belt cover and disconnect the camshaft pulley from the hub by lightly tapping the punch with a hammer.
7. Lock the injection pump pulley with locking pin 2064 (pic. 6.74).
8. Check the alignment of the TDC marks on the piston of cylinder No. 1 on the crankshaft. The marks on the flywheel and clutch cover must be aligned.
9. Remove the locking pin.
10. Tighten the camshaft pulley bolt to 45 Nm.
11. Remove the camshaft retainer.
12. Install the cylinder head cover and upper part of the timing belt cover.
13. Perform a dynamic fuel injection start test.
