Below is information about the adjustments made after each replacement of the vacuum chamber or sealing ring, as well as in the event of incorrect gear shifting. For their implementation, a special key No. 0180012507 is required, as well as a double pressure gauge, for example, from Matra y90.
Disconnect the low pressure pipeline from the vacuum chamber, having previously cleaned it if necessary. Plug it in with an M6 bolt.
On the gearbox, unscrew the measuring nipple bolt.
Connect the manometer hose to this place (measuring range up to 10 kg/cm2).
Set the gear selector to position «N», start the engine and leave it running at about 1,000 rpm.
Using a special key, adjust the vacuum chamber so that the initial pressure is (3,4±0,02) kg/cm2.
Disconnect the pressure gauge and connect the pipeline to the vacuum chamber.
