Checking for voltage
1. Disconnect the Hall sensor plug (on the ignition distributor).
2. Connect the voltmeter to the outer contacts.
3. Turn on the ignition.
4. Required value: not less than 10 V. Otherwise, the control device is faulty.
5. Turn off the ignition.
Checking the work
1. Disconnect the cold start valve plug and the multi-pin plug of the injection valves.
2. Remove the rubber cap from the Hall sensor plug and disconnect the sensor plug.
3. Connect the LED indicator to the middle and outer wires of the Hall sensor plug.
Caution: Do not touch the connected parts of the transformer or the indicator wires with your hand during this test.
4. Turn on the starter.
5. The LED should blink, otherwise the Hall sensor is faulty. In this case, replace the ignition distributor for a 4-cylinder engine, and disassemble the ignition distributor and replace the Hall sensor for a 5-cylinder engine.
6. Connect the cold start valve plug and the multi-pin connection of the injection valves.
