Brake hoses provide a flexible connection between fixed and moving machine parts.
Replacement
1. Install the car on the goats.
2. Disconnect the brake pipe from the union nuts and remove.
3. Close the pipe connection in the direction to the master cylinder with a suitable plug or first suck out the brake fluid from the expansion tank with a blower.
4. Position the brake pipe, no-opportunity, in the old place.
5. If necessary, replace the brake hose on the brake mechanism (saddle). You must first remove the brake mechanism.
6. Install new brake hose. Position it so that it sags without twisting and tighten to 15 Nm.
7. Install factory approved hoses.
8. After installation with an unloaded wheel (car raised), check that the hose responds to all wheel movements and does not rub in any places.
Attention! Do not allow oil or gasoline to get on the hose, do not varnish or cover with bottom protection.
9. Release air from the brake system.
10. Take the car off the stands.
