Dismantling
Remove the sliding door trim.

(58-223) Move the door back so that the roller carriage is under the bulge of the guide rail (arrow).
Raise the rear part of the door and remove the roller carriage from the guide rail.
Lower the door slightly and remove the guide rollers 2 from the guide rail.

(58-190) Slide the door all the way back and lift it so that the top roller can be pulled out of the guide rail.

(58-224) remove the lower guides and support rollers from the guide rail groove.
Installation
Check the rubber seal in the door opening, replace if necessary. Before applying rubber glue D21, be sure to remove any remaining old glue.

(58-225) (58-226) check the shock absorber struts at the top (3) and bottom (4), replace if necessary.

(58-227) front edge of lower roller guide (rusty place) lightly lubricate with all-purpose grease.
Check the upper roller guide/as well as the lower bearing and drive rollers, replace if necessary.
Insert the door first into the lower guide rail and then into the upper guide rail.
Move the door forward so that the roller carriage's support roller is located near the bulge of the guide rail.
Insert the drive rollers into the guide rail.
Move the roller carriage in the direction of the guide rail and install the support roller under the bulge on the guide rail.
Check the door operation by opening and closing it multiple times and adjust it if necessary, see below.
Install sliding door trim.
