SymptomReason(s)
Jerks when shifting gearsThe engine or gearbox mounts have become loose
The friction linings of the driven disk are badly worn or some of the rivets are missing
The friction linings are oily
The splines of the gearbox input shaft are worn out
The flywheel guide bushing is worn out
The clutch "leads" (won't turn off), so there is no possibility to change gearsThe clutch cable is incorrectly adjusted
The driven disk is rusted to the splines of the transmission drive shaft (this can happen after the machine has been idle for a long time)
Deformation or damage to the clutch basket
The clutch is "stalling" (an increase in engine speed is not accompanied by an increase in the vehicle's speed - this is especially noticeable on climbs)The clutch cable is incorrectly adjusted
The friction linings are oily
The friction linings are worn out
There is a noise when pressing the clutch pedalThe release bearing needs lubrication, is damaged or worn out
The clutch pedal/cable release spring is broken or weakened
The splines of the driven disk hub or the splines of the transmission input shaft are worn out
When releasing the clutch pedal, a noise is heardDeformation of the driven disk
