Removal
1. Drain the coolant.
2. Remove the poly V-belt.
3. Remove the shield (2).
4. Remove the tensioner (1) of the poly V-belt.
5. Remove the upper part of the timing belt cover.
6. Loosen the timing belt tension roller fastening nut and remove the timing belt from the camshaft pulley.

7. Remove the middle part of the timing belt cover (arrows).
Attention!
- The poly V-belt pulley and the lower timing belt guard do not need to be removed.
- Do not remove the toothed belt from the crankshaft toothed pulley.
- Before removing the coolant pump, cover the belt with a clean rag to prevent coolant from getting on it.

8. Unscrew the mounting bolts (1) of the coolant pump and remove the pump (2).
9. Remove the sealing ring (3).

Installation
Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Tightening torques:
- Coolant pump to cylinder block: 15 Nm.
- Middle part of timing belt cover to cylinder block: 10 Nm*.
- Poly V-belt tensioner to accessory bracket: 23 Nm.
* Apply thread locking compound
