When working under the machine, if it is not standing on a lifting platform, place it on stands.
Attention! Never work under the machine if it is not securely fastened.
1. Machine jacks should only be installed at the following points. Otherwise, deformation of the machine cannot be avoided.
2. Front under the cross beam.
3. Behind under a basic rack of a back rotary fist.
4. Short wheelbase machines can also be raised at anchor points on the reinforcement plate of the stringer. In any case, the machine must not be loaded.
5. Supports for the onboard jack are marked on the lower side member with imprints (arrows).
Attention! When working from the side of the sliding door, make sure that the knuckle of the machine jack does not grip the sliding door.
6. On a truck, install a jack at the rear under the steering knuckle support strut (triangular marking).
7. Secure wheels that remain on the ground when lifting with wedges to prevent them from rolling forward or backward. Do not rely solely on a tightened handbrake, which may loosen during some work.
8. Raise the machine on a level, firm surface.
Attention! If the machine will be raised on soft ground, place wide boards under the jack and stands to distribute the weight on a common surface.
9. To avoid damage to the body, it is recommended to place rubber or wood between the jack and the body.
10. Raise the machine only when unloaded.
Attention! Never lift or place the machine on stands behind the engine, gearbox, front or rear axle. Never start the engine on a raised machine and do not engage a gear if at least one drive wheel rests on the road.
