The removed engine is first cleaned from the outside and then disassembled in the following sequence:
Unscrew the engine beam.
Drain the oil.
Remove the engine covers.
Remove the muffler and both exhaust pipes.
Remove the generator.
Remove the carburetor.
Remove the intake manifold with the heater wire.

Remove the water pump.
Remove the belt pulley.
Remove the clutch.
Remove the flywheel.
Remove the distributor drive shaft.
Remove the valve chamber covers and rocker arm shafts.
Remove the cylinder heads.
Remove the cylinders and pistons.
Remove the oil pump and oil intake screen.
Disassemble the engine crankcase.
Pull out the camshaft and crankshaft with connecting rods. The working processes during engine disassembly will be described in more detail below. Assembly is performed in the reverse order.
