Service



Maintenance is carried out every 15,000 km, but not less than once a year, and the following work is provided. When operating in severe conditions, such as frequent short-distance trips and urban operation, frequent mountain trips, operation with a trailer, high dustiness, maintenance is carried out more often.
  • Engine: Oil and oil filter change
  • Disc Brake Pads: Checking Thickness

Maintenance



Maintenance is carried out once a year, at the following intervals: Every 12 months or every 30,000 km (marked with (-)) and additionally every 45,000 km (marked with (*)).

Engine



Engine: oil and oil filter change.

Engine: external inspection for oil leaks.

Cooling system and heater: check fluid level, check antifreeze concentration, external inspection of radiator - integrity and absence of leaks.

Exhaust system: integrity check.

Idle speed: check and adjust if necessary.

CO content: check and, if necessary, adjust on a warm engine.

Fuel filter: replacement.

Air Filter: Insert Replacement (on cars produced before 1990.).

V-belts: Check the tension and condition of all belts.

Spark plugs: replacement.

Compression: check.

Gearbox, direct drive



Hinge cuffs: checking for integrity and tightness.

Automatic transmission: check the level and top up ATF if necessary.

Manual transmission: external inspection for oil leaks.



Front axle and steering



Steering tips: check for play and fastening, check dust covers.

Ball joints: checking for play and condition of covers.

Steering: check for play, check for integrity and tightness of corrugated covers.

Power steering: top up ATF if necessary.

Body



Door locks: lubrication.

Underbody protection: external inspection, including channels and wheel wells.

Seat belts: Checking integrity.

Sliding door: Side rails and side door roller mechanism: wipe from underneath and lubricate with multi-purpose grease.

Brakes, tires, wheels



Brake system: checking the integrity and tightness of tubes, hoses and connections.

Brake fluid level: check and top up if necessary.

Front and rear brake pads: checking thickness.

Tyres: Check for wear, damage and tread condition (including spare tire).

Electrical equipment



All consumers: check functionality.

Lighting system: Check and, if necessary, adjust the headlights.

Sound signal: checking.

Windscreen wiper: checking the wear of the blades.

Windscreen washer: checking operation, adjusting jets, adding fluid, checking headlight washer

Battery: Check voltage and electrolyte level.

Every 2 years



Brake system: replacing brake fluid.

Every 60,000 km



Air Filter: Insert Replacement (on cars produced before 1990.).

Automatic transmission: ATF replacement, oil pan and oil intake screen cleaning, oil pan seal replacement (work at a service station).
