Service



Maintenance is carried out every 7500 km, and the following work is provided:
  • Engine: oil change.
  • Brake fluid expansion tank: Checking the fluid level.

  • Door locks: lubrication.

Maintenance



Maintenance is carried out once a year, every 15,000, 30,000 and 45,000 km.

Engine and clutch



Engine: oil and oil filter change.

V-belt: checking tension and condition.

Compression: check.

Carburetor: checking the idle mode on a warm engine.

Exhaust system: integrity check.

Engine: external inspection for oil leaks.

Hydraulic clutch drive: checking hoses and tubes for leaks.

Gearbox, direct drive, steering



Hinge cuffs: checking for integrity and tightness.

Manual transmission: visual inspection for oil leaks, checking the oil level.

Automatic transmission: top up ATF if necessary.

Front axle and steering



Steering tips: check for play and fastening, check dust covers.

Steering: check for play, check for integrity and tightness of corrugated covers.

Checking the wheel alignment.

Power steering: top up ATF if necessary.

Body



Door locks: lubrication.

Hinges and moving parts of the locks of the upper and lower parts of the front and rear hoods: lubrication.



Underbody protection: external inspection, including channels and wheel wells.

Door step: lubrication of hinges and rocker arms.

Side rails and side door roller mechanism: lubricate with multi-purpose grease.

Brakes, tires, wheels



Brake system: checking the integrity and tightness of tubes, hoses and connections.

Electrical equipment

Windscreen washer: checking operation, adjusting nozzles.

Battery: check voltage and electrolyte level. Lubricate terminals with special terminal grease.

Spark plugs: replacement.

Additionally, every 30,000, 60,000 km, etc.



Air filter: replacing the insert.

Fuel filter: replacement.

Door hinges and locks: lubrication.

Oil intake screen: removal and cleaning.

Additionally, every 45,000, 90,000 km, etc.



Automatic transmission: ATF replacement, oil pan and oil intake screen cleaning, oil pan seal replacement (work at a service station).

Every 2 years



Brake system: replacing brake fluid.

Brake system warning device: checking operation.


Brake booster: pressure test.

Preservation of cavities: checking and, if necessary, correction.
