Dismantling
Disconnect the battery from the ground.
Remove wiper blades see above.
Remove the cover from the axles, unscrew the nuts.
Open the glove box, remove the box from the hinges.
Dismantle the control panel see above.
Disconnect the plug from the wiper motor.
From inside the vehicle, unscrew the 4 countersunk head screws at the windshield.
Pull the frame and wiper arms towards the seat next to the driver.
If necessary, unbolt the engine from the frame.
Installation
Bolt the wiper motor to the frame.
(92-307) connect the engine to the on-board network, leave it running for a few minutes, then turn it off. In this position, install the crank 1 and the rod 2 in the direction of the line in the figure, and then fix the crank 1 on the motor shaft.
Insert the wiper on the side of the seat next to the driver.
Put washers on the axles, then pull them through the holes in the body.
Outside, install the rubber gasket, washer and nut.
From the inside, fix the frame with 4 screws in the area of the windshield.
Carefully tighten nuts on wiper shafts to 8 Nm.
Put caps on nuts, mount brush holders, see above.
Connect the plug to the motor.
Install the glove box, hang 2 loops.
Install the control panel see above.
Connect battery to ground.
