16. Remove the lower air deflector shield (see photo).

17. Disconnect the coolant level sensor wiring from the expansion tank (see photo).

18. Unscrew the bolts from the expansion tank elbow connection and disconnect the expansion tank from the radiator (see photo).

Note: If you are only going to remove the radiator, there is no need to disconnect the hoses from the reservoir as shown in the photo.
19. Remove the upper air deflector shield.
20. Mark the position of the fan blades relative to the vibration damper and remove the fan (see photo).

21. Remove the fan ring (see photo).

22. Remove the protective plate under the radiator.
23. Disconnect the lower radiator hose (see photo).

24. Remove the bolts from the radiator support brackets (see photo).

25. Lift the radiator up until it is clear of the lower mounting brackets, then lower it down and remove it from the vehicle.
26. The radiator repair procedure is specified in chapter 2.
27. Installation of the radiator is carried out in reverse order.
28. Check that the radiator is correctly positioned in the upper mounts and that the rubber sealing ring between the radiator ring and the air deflectors is firmly in place (see photo).

29. Upon completion, fill the coolant and bleed the system.
