Removal
Disconnect the ground wire from the battery.
Remove the windshield wiper arms.
Remove the cover of the fresh air box.
Mark and disconnect the wires from the windshield wiper motor.
Remove the plastic cover from the electric motor.
Remove the electric motor.
Installation
If the drive crank has been removed, adjust the original position of the windshield wiper motor.
Before installation, connect the wires to the electric motor. the "ground" of the electric motor, as well as terminal 21 of the windshield wiper switch, are connected to the battery terminal, and terminal 30 of the electric motor is connected to the "+" terminal of the battery.
Install the drive crank so that the angle between the vertical of the electric motor axis and the line passing through the middle of the crank is a = 15° (see photo).
Secure the drive crank.
Install the electric motor with the bracket. Assemble the windshield wiper shafts and secure them.
Install the windshield wiper arms.
Install the plastic cover. Install the supply air box cover. Replace the defective lid seal with a new one.
