Removing
Remove brake drum.
Remove the rear wheel bearing cover, remove the oil seal with a puller.
Attention! When removing the oil seal, oil flows out.
Installation
Insert the oil seal into the hub bearing cap, wheel and carefully press the new oil seal into the cap. When pressing with a hammer, place a wooden gasket and hammer the stuffing box with crosswise blows.
Use new clamping rings and a new cover gasket.
Lightly oil the outer surface of the spacer sleeve.
Install the shield, small shrink ring, spacer, large shrink ring and seal.
Install the rear wheel bearing cap.
Attention! The spout of the oiler should be pointing down. To fasten the cover, use bolts with plain washers and spring washers. Tighten bolts to 60 Nm (6.0 kgcm).
Install the brake drum.
Check the oil level in the rear axle.
