Necessary replacement parts:


  • Replaceable filter element.

Petrol engine with a displacement of 1.2-/1.4 l and a power of 47/55/63/74 kW (64/75/86/100 hp), AUA/AUB/AXU/AZQ/ BBY/BBZ



Removal


  • Pull the engine cover up at the four corners and unfasten it.
  • Disconnect the engine ventilation hose and remove the engine cover together with the air filter.

Disconnect the engine ventilation hose and remove the engine cover together with the air filter.

  • Unscrew the "arrow" screws and remove the air filter housing from the engine cover.

Unscrew the «arrow» screws and remove the air filter housing from the engine cover.

  • Remove the replaceable filter element "1".
  • Wipe air filter housing "2" with a clean cloth.

Installation


  • Insert a new filter element into the air filter housing.
  • Place the filter housing against the engine cover and tighten the mounting screws by hand (3 Nm).
  • Attach the engine cover, connect the engine ventilation hose and secure the engine cover.




1.2L petrol engine with 40 kW (55 hp), AWY


Removal

  • Unscrew the "arrow" screws and remove the filter cover by moving it upwards.
  • Remove the replaceable filter element.
  • Wipe the air filter housing with a clean cloth.

Installation


  • Install a new replaceable filter element into the filter housing.
  • Place the filter housing cover on and tighten the mounting screws.
