Note: SEAT IBIZA does not carry out any switching as this vehicle is not offered with Longlife-Service.
Attention: For vehicles with Longlife-Service, for which extended service intervals are to be saved, the interval indicator cannot be reset using the setting button. In this case, the pointer readings must be set to their original position at the service station.
Switching or, respectively, setting the maintenance interval indicator to the mode with regulated intervals:
Switch off the ignition, leave the ignition key in position «ABOUT».
Press and hold down the setting button -3- next to the speedometer.
Turn on the ignition. Depending on the equipment of the vehicle, or on the multifunction display -1 - the message Service IN appears (SERVICE VIA) or SERVICE SEIT (SERVICE AFTER), or a wrench symbol or a clock symbol appears on the trip odometer -2-.
Release button -3-.
Turn setting button -3- to the right. As a result, the maintenance interval indicator is set to its original position.
- POLO: The trip odometer or multifunction display now displays the normal readings.
- IBIZA: symbols appear on the trip odometer.
Switch off the ignition.
