Removal
Open the engine compartment hood.
Unscrew 2 screws "3", use a screwdriver to release the locking hooks in places "2" and slightly pull the radiator grille "1" upwards.
Pull out the locking pins "4" and the central fasteners "5" and remove the radiator grille by moving it upwards. 6 - the VW logo is fixed in the radiator grille.
Installation
Place the radiator grille and align it with the central clamps "5". Insert the locking pins "4" from below
Fix the radiator grille at the top in places "2" and screw it on the sides with screws.
IBIZA
Removal
Remove the bumper cover, see the relevant chapter above.
Remove 2 locking pins -1- and release the radiator grille at the top from the bumper cover.
Release the locking plates and remove the radiator grille from the bumper cover.
Installation
Secure the radiator grille to the bumper cover and insert new retaining pins.
Install the bumper cover, see the relevant chapter above.
