1 - bumper cover
Removal
- Open the engine compartment hood and unscrew 4 screws "5" from the lock beam.
- Remove 2 rubber buffers "6".
- Unscrew screws "12" and separate the bumper cover with spoiler "17" from the wheel arch trim "11"
- Unscrew screws "15" and detach the ventilation grille "14" on the right and left from the bumper casing.
- If equipped, remove the fog lights, see the relevant chapter below.
- Remove screws "13".
- Remove the bumper cover on the right and left from the guide part "7", then, together with an assistant, pull it forward and remove it.
Installation
- With the help of an assistant, insert the bumper cover into the guides. Make sure that the bumper cover enters the guides evenly and does not warp. Secure the bumper cover with screws.
- Further installation is carried out in reverse order.
- Before locking the hood, check the operation of the lock cable.
- If necessary, have the fog lights adjusted at a service station.
2 - Upper side ventilation grille
Removal
- Using a knife, cut the melted nipple, release the locking plates and remove the ventilation grille from the bumper casing "1".
Installation
- Insert the ventilation grille into the bumper cover holder and use a heat gun to melt the nipple.
3 — radiator grille
Removal and installation of the radiator grille is described in the relevant chapter below.
4 - bumper beam
Removal
- Remove the bumper cover, see above.
- Accordingly, on the right and left, unscrew 2 hexagon-head bolts and remove the bumper beam.
Installation
- Bolt the bumper beam. Tighten the two hexagon-head bolts on the right and left to 8 Nm.
- Install the bumper cover, see above.

10 - self-locking nut

13 - 2 screws
14 - ventilation grille with opening for fog lamp. It is fixed in the bumper casing and screwed on. Depending on the model, it is made with or without a hole for the fog lamp.

17 - spoiler
Mounts in the bumper casing.
18 - ventilation grille
Mounts in the bumper casing.
Note: The bumper consists of a casing and a bumper beam.
