The exhaust system consists of an exhaust outlet, an exhaust pipe and a muffler with an exhaust pipe. All parts of the system are screwed together and can be replaced individually.

Dismantling
Raise the rear of the vehicle.
Remove the engine compartment roof.
Spray all exhaust system bolts and nuts with rust remover.
Release the clamps connecting the exhaust pipe and the muffler.
Unscrew the muffler from the rubber-metal supports, remove it from the exhaust pipe to the right and pull it out together with the exhaust pipe.
Unscrew the exhaust pipe from the exhaust outlet and remove it.
Unscrew the exhaust pipe from the muffler.
Installation
Replace all exhaust manifold and pipe self-locking nuts, gaskets.
Check the rubber-metal bearings for porosity and tightness of fit.
Screw the exhaust pipe with a new gasket to the muffler.
Insert the muffler and place it on the exhaust pipe.
Screw the muffler to the exhaust pipe.
Tighten the clamping brackets.
Install the engine compartment roof and lower the vehicle.
