Removal
1. Disconnect wiring connector 1 from injector 3 (figure 4A.8). Disconnect the fuel drain line 2 and fuel lines 6 from the injector. Unscrew bolt 4 and remove clamping plate 5

2. Remove the nozzle 3.
3. Screw bolt 4 of the clamping plate into the hole again.
4. Install the T40017 lever onto the support bolt and finally remove the injector (figure 4A.9).

Installation
5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Replace the seals and rings between the cylinder head and the injectors. Make sure the fuel lines are not kinked and that their connections are tightened securely. First tighten the high pressure fuel line and then the injector support bolt.
