Removal and installation the fuel pressure control valve (VW Lt 2d)

Removal

1. Disconnect the wiring connector from the fuel pressure regulating valve.

2. Unscrew the bolts (arrows) and remove the fuel pressure control valve (figure 4A.7).

Installation

3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Install the fuel pressure control valve into the fuel pump with new O-rings.

Tightening torque: 7 Nm.
