2. Slide the clutches of the locking mechanisms of the gear shift and selection cable fastenings forward as far as they will go in the direction indicated by the arrow (1), then lock the locking mechanisms in the open position by turning the clutches in the direction indicated by the arrow (2).
3. Fix the gear selector shaft as follows:
- press the gear selector rod in the direction indicated by the arrow (1);
- at the same time, turn the lock (A) in the direction indicated by the arrow (2) and press the lock into the gear selection rod.
4. Lock the gear shift lever in neutral position by inserting a rod of suitable diameter into holes (A) and (B) simultaneously.
5. Turn the clutches of the gear engagement and selection levers in the directions indicated by the arrows. At the same time, the spring will return the locking mechanism to its original position.
6. Return the gear selector rod lock to its original position and remove the gear shift lever lock rod.
