List of parts and assemblies with notes on installation work for Figure VC3.105:
1. Gasket:
- replace with a new one during assembly.
2. Support.
3. Exhaust manifold with catalytic converter.
4. Washer.
5. Exhaust manifold mounting nut: 25 Nm.
- replace with a new one during assembly.
6. Screws for fastening the support and manifold to the support: 25 Nm.
7. Gasket.
8. Tunnel cross member mounting screw: 25 Nm.
9. Tunnel crossbar.
10. Suspension crossmember mounting screw: 25 Nm.
- replace with a new one during assembly.
11. Suspension crossmember.
12. Exhaust system inlet pipe.
13. Intake pipe flange fastening nut: 23 Nm.

1. Front clamp: 25 Nm:
- Before tightening, align the exhaust system freely in a cold state;
- tighten the clamp bolts evenly.
2. Intermediate muffler.
3. Front muffler retaining ring.
4. Bracket.
5. Screw: 25 Nm.
6. Mount with suspension.
7. Main muffler.
8. Place of pipe division during repair:
- marked on the pipe using a stamping;
- depending on the series, the front and rear mufflers are installed as one integral part;
- for repairs, the intermediate and main mufflers are supplied separately;
- a clamping collar is used for fastening;
- tighten the threaded connections of the clamping clamp evenly;
- tightening torque of clamp bolts: 25 Nm.

10. Rear muffler retaining ring.
11. Tunnel crossbar.
