Caution: When loosening and tightening the hub bolt, the vehicle must be raised on a jack, as the weight of the vehicle may damage the wheel bearing when the hub bolt loosens.
2. Loosen the nuts (arrows). Tighten to 40 Nm when installing.

3. Slightly pull the drive shaft out of the wheel hub.
4. Remove the ball joint from the wheel suspension arm.
5. Bend the wheel suspension arm downwards.
6. Press the ball joint out of the steering knuckle using a puller (1).

7. Installation is carried out in reverse order. To prevent the ball joint pin from rotating, use a T40 Torx wrench. Tighten the ball joint nut to the steering knuckle to a torque of 70 Nm + 90°.
