Removing
1. Remove the wheel.
2. Clean the steering gear in the area of the tie rod boot.
3. Separate crimp and spring collars of an anther of steering draft and move it back.
4. Remove the tie rod end, while loosening the lock nut, hold the tie rod end with a wrench.
5. Turn off steering draft from a steering rack.
Installation
1. Install the tie rod and tighten it to 100 Nm.
2. Check the cleanliness of the sealing surfaces and the boot for damage.
3. Install the boot and clamp the clamps.
4. Install the tie rod end to the tie rod.
5. Connect the steering end to the steering knuckle and tighten the nut to 20 Nm + 90°.
6. Check the wheel alignment, if necessary, adjust the length of the tie rod.
7. While holding the tie rod end with a wrench, tighten the lock nut to 55 Nm.
