Removal



Loosen the rear wheel mounting bolts, raise the rear of the vehicle and place it on supports. Remove the wheel.

Remove the taillights and pull the wiring harness back.

Remove the rear bumper with the bracket and remove the bracket seal.

Loosen the hex bolts securing the fender and footrest.

Remove the fender and mudguard.


Remove the fender and mudguard.

Installation



Check the mudguard for suitability for further use and replace if necessary.

If necessary, thread the threaded holes for the wing bolts and lubricate the bolts.

Install the fender, screw in the bolts by hand, install the mudguard and tighten the bolts. Make sure the mudguard is positioned correctly when installing the wing.

If necessary, replace the rubber gasket between the wing and the door frame trim.


If necessary, replace the rubber gasket between the wing and the door frame trim.



Install the bumper bracket seal into the recess on the fender. When installing the bumper, ensure that the seal is evenly positioned.

Install the taillights. Check the position of the rubber seal between the headlight housing and the wing; replace the seal if necessary. Connect the electrical wires to the lights and check the operation of the lights.

Install the wheel, lower the vehicle and tighten the wheel mounting bolts to 130 Nm (13 kgfm).
