Weekly, every 400 km or before a long trip
- Check the engine oil level and top up if necessary.

- Check the coolant level in the expansion tank.
- Check the brake fluid level in the reservoir and if the level drops sharply, find out and eliminate the cause.
- Check the water level in the washer reservoir and top up if necessary.

- Check tire pressure.
- Check the operation of all exterior lights, turn signals and horn.
- Check the electrolyte level in the battery and top it up if necessary.

After the first 1600 km (for new or refurbished vehicles)
- Inspect the cooling system for leaks.
- Check the tightness of the cylinder head bolts.
- Check valve clearances.
- Check the tension of the alternator drive belt.
- Adjust idle speed.
- Inspect the brake lines for leaks at the fittings.
- Replace engine oil and oil filter.
- Check the clutch adjustment.
Every 3000 km or once every 6 months (whichever comes first)
- Change engine oil (without filter replacement).
- Adjust the clutch.
- Inspect the brake pads and linings for wear.
- Check the condition of the tires and inspect them for general wear.
- Lubricate locks, hinges and lever mechanisms.
Every 16,000 km or once every 12 months (Whichever comes first)
In addition to or instead of the above operations.
- Check and adjust valve clearances.
- Replace spark plugs.
- Check the condition and tension of the generator drive belt.
- Replace the breaker contacts.
- Check the angle of the closed state of the contacts and the ignition timing.
- Check and adjust idle speed.
- Check the exhaust gas afterburning valves (if installed).
- Replace the oil filter.
- Inspect the exhaust system for corrosion.
- Inspect the steering and suspension for play in the ball joints, damaged anthers, etc.
- Inspect the brake lines for damage and corrosion.
- Check the oil level in the gearbox and final drive housing (see photo).

- Check the headlight adjustment.
- Lubricate the kingpins (LT 40/45).
Every 32,000 km or once every 2 years (whichever comes first)
In addition to or instead of the above operations.
- Replace the air filter (in conditions of increased dustiness it should be done more frequently).
- Replace the fuel filter.
Every 2 years, regardless of mileage
- Replace brake fluid.
- Replace antifreeze in the cooling system.
- Replace the servo block air filter.
