1. Flexible bushings used in spring eyes, Panhard or stabilizer arm mounts, and shock absorber mounts are best removed and installed using a press.
2. If you don't have a press, use a bolt, nut, washers and metal strips to push out the old bushings and insert the new ones. Use brake fluid to lubricate the bushings before installing them.
