For engines of all types (meeting various toxicity standards) all components are installed (for example, the exhaust gas recirculation valve). However, not all implementations use and control all of these components. When completing the exhaust system, designated by the assembly code (PR.-Nummer) 0GV (euro 2 toxicity standard), the EGR valve cannot be adapted because the software does not support the corresponding function. The trim codes are listed on the vehicle data sticker.

List of parts and components of the exhaust gas recirculation intake system with technological notes on repairs to Figure VC2.230:
1. Gasket:
- replace with a new one during assembly.
2. Screw for fastening the connecting tube to the throttle body: 10 Nm.
3. Connecting tube.
4. Exhaust manifold.
5. Fastening screw: 4 Nm.
6. Bracket for the clamp of the lambda probe wiring harness installed before the catalytic converter.
7. Connecting threaded pipe: 80 Nm.
8. Lambda probe (G39): 55 Nm.
9. 6-pin connector.
10. Connecting tube tip: 60 Nm.
11. Throttle body (J338).
12. Nut securing the connecting pipe to the EGR valve: 25 Nm.
13. When replacing the exhaust gas recirculation valve (N18) with the exhaust gas recirculation potentiometer (G212), delete the adaptation values and re-adapt the engine control unit.
14. 6-pin connector.
15. From the air filter.
16. Ventilation hose.
17. Connecting pipe with combination valve:
- bracket of the EGR valve (N18).
