Lighting and light signaling devices include: headlights, reversing lights, brake lights, license plate lights, turn signals, interior lights and instrument panel lights.

Conventional incandescent light bulbs are subject to wear and tear. Every 2 years they need to be replaced, even if they are still in good working order. Before replacing a lamp, you must disconnect the corresponding consumer.

Caution! Do not touch the glass bulb of the lamp with bare hands!

Remove the headlight, first removing the bezel. Loosen screw C. Release the rim first near the…


Remove the headlight, first removing the bezel. Loosen screw C. Release the rim first near the fastening screws, then press it away from the opposite locking nose.

Unscrew the three mounting screws D and remove the frame with the headlight from the housing.

Caution! Do not turn adjusting screws A and B.


To replace the lamp, disconnect the 3-pin connector and remove the rubber cover.

Headlight with conventional bulb (E): Turn the bulb lock ring to the left and remove it.

Halogen headlight (F): Squeeze the wire clip and remove the bulb.

Installation



A burnt-out lamp must be replaced with a new lamp of the same type. The lamp base must fit precisely into the socket.

Headlight with a conventional bulb (E): insert the bulb, press the locking ring against the reflector and turn it to the right until it stops.

Halogen headlight (F): Insert the bulb, compress the spring wire clip.

Put on the rubber cover, connect the 3-pin connector.

Install the headlight and secure it.

Secure the headband.

Check the operation of the headlight.
