1. Align the TDC marks on flywheel A or drive plate B (pic. 5.56).
2. Align the TDC marks on the crankshaft pulley (pic. 5.57).
3. Align the hole for the oil pump shaft with the threaded hole (pic. 5.58).
4. Insert the distributor so that the TDC mark of cylinder No. 1 on the rotor is aligned with the mark on the distributor housing (pic. 5.59). Before installation, wipe the distributor cap and check for cracks and scratches, if necessary, replace it.
5. Check and adjust the ignition timing.
