General description
35. All models produced after 1986 are equipped with an optical-acoustic oil pressure signaling system.
36. In addition to the standard 0.3 bar oil pressure relay, the system includes (brown insulation) an additional 1.8 bar relay is included (white insulation).
37. The system control unit is located in the tachometer housing.
38 After turning on the ignition, the system warning light will light up and will remain on until the pressure in the system exceeds 0.3 bar, after which the light will go out.
39. If the oil pressure drops below 0.3 bar while the engine is running, the warning light will come on again.

40. If the oil pressure drops below 1.8 bar when the engine speed is above 2200 rpm, the warning lamp will light and the warning buzzer will sound.
41. Independent repair work on the system is limited to replacing the pressure relay. In all other cases, you should contact a specialist with special equipment.
