Please note: Depending on the configuration, vehicles may also be equipped with one cooling system fan. The removal and installation process is the same as described below for removing and installing a dual fan.
List of units and components of the cooling system installed on the vehicle body, with technological notes on repairs to Figure VC3.053:
1. Cooling system hose, upper:
- fixed to the radiator with a mounting bracket;
- check the reliability of the fastening;
- connection diagram of cooling system hoses.
2. Sealing ring:
- replace with a new one during assembly.
3. Radiator:
- removal and installation:
- after replacement, change the coolant.
4. Lid:
- check using a cooling system tester;
- test pressure 0.14-0.16 MPa (1.4-1.6 bar).
5. Connector.
6. Expansion tank mounting screw: 5 Nm.
7. Expansion tank:
- check using a cooling system tester.
8. Radiator bracket.
9. Bracket mounting screw: 5 Nm.
10. Fastening.
11. Fastening nut: 10 Nm.
12. Fan frame.
13.5 Nm.
14. Fan 2 of the cooling system (VI77).
15. Connector.
16. Cooling fan (V7).
17. Cooling system hose, lower:
- fixed to the radiator with a mounting bracket;
- check the reliability of the fastening;
- connection diagram of cooling system hoses.
18. Fixing bracket:
- check the reliability of the fastening.
19. Radiator outlet coolant temperature sensor (G83).
20. Sealing ring:
- replace with a new one during assembly.
21. Sealing ring:
- replace with a new one during assembly.
