Seat attachment without base
1. Hex screw; 2. Hex socket screw; 3. Adjustment mechanism; 4. Tires; 5. Seat belt buckle
Depending on the equipment, various front seats are installed:
- rotating seats without bed;
- non-rotating seats with or without base;
- the seat next to the driver can be made in the form of a double bench or folding seats.
Removing seats without base (rotating or non-rotating)
1. Unscrew the hexagon socket screw (2) (key size 5 mm) seat inner guide (see pic. Seat attachment without base).
2. Release the seat adjustment mechanism and remove the seat from the rails (3) in the direction of the arrow.
3. When removed from the guide (4), the seat belt buckle also slips out (5).
Attention! When installing, tighten the hexagon socket screw to 15 Nm.
Removing the folding passenger seat
1. Unscrew the 4 hex screws and remove the folding seat.
2. When installing, tighten screws to 45 Nm.
Removing individual seats from the frame
1. If equipped, remove the extra battery under the seat.
2. Loosen the rear screws (1). Take the seat off your fingers (2) back.
Attention! When installing, tighten the hexagon screws to 45 Nm, the pins to 30 Nm.
Removing the double passenger seat
1. Unscrew 5 hex nuts (3).
Attention! Distance washers (2) are installed only in cars with a split wall in order to ensure a free passage between the seat back and the split wall. Remote nut (1) only installed in right hand drive vehicles. Tightening torques for hex nut (3) and lock screw (4) - 45 Nm.
2. Remove the seat next to you.
