(9) release bearing. Do not rinse, just wipe. Lubricate sliding surfaces with MoS2 grease
(10) bearing sleeve
(11) clutch release shaft. Lubricate with multipurpose grease
(12) plastic guide bush, do not grease
(13) clutch master cylinder. Before installing, screw in the rear screw
(14) air valve. Open only to remove air by overpressure in the workshop
(15) rear hydraulic line
With a hydraulically actuated clutch, clutch clearance adjustment is not necessary.
Air removal
Work on the hydraulic clutch must be carried out in a workshop. Air must be removed only if one of the pipelines has lost its tightness and air has entered the system, or after a malfunction in the hydraulic drive. When dismantling the gearbox, it is not necessary to open the hydraulics. Air is removed through an air valve located in the clutch sensing cylinder.
