Upper cladding
Removal
Insert a plastic wedge between the trim "2" and the door seal and detach the trim at the top near the spacer clamp "3" from the pillar A-4-.
If present, disconnect the speaker plug.
Release the trim from below at the "arrow" hooks and move it upwards to remove it from the instrument panel.
Installation
Check the clamps for damage and correct positioning on the trim; replace the clamps if necessary.
Installation is performed in the reverse order. Make sure that the door seal "1" is located above the edge of the lining.
Bottom cladding
Removal
Remove the threshold trim, see the relevant chapter below.
Driver's side: remove lever hood lock cable drive engine compartment.
Acting on the trim "1" from below, pull it away from the pillar A and unfasten it.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. In doing so, ensure that the door seal is positioned over the edge of the trim.
