Removal
1. Remove the heating regulator.
2. Disconnect the cables from the control levers and remove them, having first removed the plate clamps of the cable sheaths with a screwdriver.
Installation
1. Install the cables on the heating regulator.
2. Install the cable sheaths onto the regulator stops, then use pliers to install and snap the plate clamps into place.
3. Install the heating regulator.
Adjustment
1. Set the wire lever so that the cables (1, 2, 3) are pulled out as much as possible: lever (5) (to the driver's footwell flap) move all the way to the right, (4) (to the control valve), left, (6) (to the defroster flap) to the left.
2. Pass the cable to the control valve through the cross wall into the engine compartment and hang it up.
3. Move the lever (2) all the way to the right (the valve is closed). Secure the cable sheath to the control valve using a plate clamp (1).
4. Move the defrost flap lever in the direction of the arrow until it stops and secure the cable sheath.
5. Move the driver's footwell flap lever in the direction of the arrow until it stops and secure the cable sheath.
6. Adjusting the dampers: move the control levers of the heating regulator from stop to stop. The cables will adjust themselves.
