the license plate lights are inserted into the trim at the back. To replace the bulb, pull the housing back completely. Unscrew the glass, press the bulb into the socket, turn it to the left and pull it out.
Insert a new lamp and screw on the glass.
When installing the case, make sure that it grabs the trim at the top and enters the opening in the rear trim from the front.
